Tim was Baptized!! Amen

On Monday, April 18 at 8:03pm Tim was baptized. It was a beautiful time for both of us as we shared a moment with friends and family. We spoke and heard about Faith, Baptism in Christ and the Holy Ghost and how the blessings of this first step will bring us closer to God.

David and Aleksys watched closely as their daddy was dunked under the water, wearing all white and was cleansed of his sins.

I can't wait to move forward with our life together and go to the temple one day in the near future.

Over the past year David has grown tremendously. He will be 1 in June and is almost walking now. He is just a wonderfully happy baby. Sure, he has his moment due to teething or being tired as does any baby, but for the most part (aside from his high pitch happy screams where he thinks he is singing, or his grunts, he is a happy boy). Here are a few pictures to sum up his growth.

So let's play catch-up shall we? The last post on here was oh, almost or just over a year ago. Our life got so busy after getting married and having baby David that well, I just never got to the blog and before I knew it, it became lost in the back of my mind somewhere; until this morning that is.

So, bare with me as I try to update everyone on the past 12 months or so of our life. I will try to use bullet points and pictures instead of long, drawn out stories... lol!

June 18th is a blessed day for our family

My first born son, Kendrick was born on June 18 1998

My second son, David was born on June 18 2011

and Brianna graduated on June 18

Aleksys is getting big. She is now in the 3rd grade. She has

adjusted well in the new neighborhood since Tim and I got

custody of her from her mother in 2009. She has made many friends and is just a beautiful daughter. I am so blessed to be her mommy.

So I woke at 5:30 this morning and ate because as usual, I was starving. But then was so tired I went back to sleep until 9am then woke up sick on an empty stomach. I don't know what's worse getting sick with a full stomach or dry heaving with nothing but water on my stomach.

This one really is different than my pregnancy with Brianna or Kevyn. I rarely got sick with either but with David I have been sick just about the entire time. Ugh.. I love being pregnant, but not sick and pregnant.

Saturday, Week 1 and 25

It's been a week now since I formally said yes to my wonderful husband!! We have had a relaxing week and David... he has been busy too. Lots of kicking and keeping mummy up at night. Aleksys just got home last night from Disneyland and she had a blast. Too many late nights and early mornings with her mom so it's time to get her back on a normal schedule starting tonight.

School starts Monday and I'll be back to work studying!! I love being married.

David Elijah

We are now 24 wks (6mo) pregnant and growing quickly. He is a mover and a shaker with lots of energy. We had our first ultrasound a couple weeks ago. The doctor confirmed we were having a boy and now we can move on with our decorating etc. :)

The nursery is coming along with Pale Green and Yellow walls, we will have classic Whinnie the Pooh decorations and bedding soon too. Tim was so excited to be having a son he went out and immediatly purchased a Classic Pooh Teddy Bear for lil David!

I am no longer sick all day (Thank the Lord) but I still have my moments. David does not like to go very long without food. I am eating at least every 2-3 hours and if I don't eat as soon as I know Im hungry I risk becoming ill. :(

At this point when he moves he moves big time. We still can't see him move (my tummy doesn't move with him) but he can be felt. We can't wait for him to get here and I can't wait to get back to the gym.. lol

The Wedding was Beautiful

On Saturday, March 20th Tim and I were married at the little church by our home in Poulsbo. Family and friends came and shared in our joy and we had a lot of fun with our photographer. We are so blessed to have found each other and are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together with God.

1st Trimester... is over!!

So we have finally made it through the first trimester! Yeah! I have been so sick, irratable and cranky. Poor Tim, he must hate me by now lol. We are now in our 13th week, the last week of the 1st trimester and I think, I just might be getting past most of my all day morning sickness.

This pregnancy is nothing like when I was pregnant with Brianna or with Kevyn. With Brianna all I wanted was fresh fruit, veggies and bland things like baked or grilled chicken or fish. With Kevyn, I was a Taco Bell and Pepsi addict. (this may explain why with Brianna I only gained 20 lbs and with Kevyn 60, that and I was on bed rest with Kevyn and in highschool with Bri)

This pregnancy I am somewhere in between. Sometimes I crave oranges and then I eat a whole bag which then the next day I am sorry I did. Or I want nothing but bland foods only to feel like I am starving all day. There is not one specific craving that I am having all the time. Last week oranges, this week butter chips (pickles).

Tim thinks I am gonna have twins and I pray that the good Lord remembers my tolerance and keep me with just the one. :D
